Soft play is a fun area designed for children with soft surfaces and equipment to keep them safe while they play, climb and explore throughout the playing field.
Soft play is recommended for children 5 years and younger.
We offer free delivery within 20 miles of 91010. Areas outside may incur a delivery charge.
We can set up at any location that allows our set up. Indoors and outdoors. As the renter, you are responsible for having a designated set up area for us that is flat, clean, cleared from any debris and is dry. We are unable to set up if these safety conditions are not met.
Each of our packages has the space requirement needed listed. No refund will be given once the equipment is delivered. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that there is enough space for the purchased package. If the space you have available does not meet requirements, we can also customize a package to your available space.
Rainy and windy days: For the safety of the kids, we will not set up our equipment outdoors. We can always set up indoors as a backup.
Sunny days: We recommend a shaded area for your set up, as our soft play equipment can get hot in direct sunlight.
For a full refund, you must cancel your reservation 7 days prior to your scheduled event. Cancellation of 6 days or less will result in a total loss of your deposit.
Our equipment is cleaned before and after every use. We use a safe non-toxic disinfectant.
No shoes in the play area, all children and supervising adult must wear socks
No food, drinks or candy of any sort in the play area
No face paint, glitter, markers, crayons, slime, silly string or sharp objects in the play area, these can permanently damage our equipment
All soft play equipment must stay in play area
No pets in play area

A charge will be incurred if there is damage to any of our soft play, bounce house and games due to negligence or preventable circumstances. If messy substances and or items are found on our equipment, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
